What is it?

Cetyl Alcohol is a type of lightweight wax that is primarily used as a thickener, stabiliser, and emollient in formulations.

How do we use it?

We use Cetyl Alcohol as a lightweight thickener and stabiliser in our lighter textured formulations. It provides some body and stability to the emulsions, without providing a heavy waxy feeling.
