Where does it come from?

CoQ10 is can be produced through chemical synthesis or naturally through microbial fermentation.

What is it?

Coenzyme Q10, CoQ10, or Ubiquinone is pretty famous these days thanks to some very large brands hero-ing this antioxidant over the past decade or two. It has a strong yellow colour that sometimes tints the final formula slightly. CoQ10, like other powerful antioxidants, may help heal and repair skin cells, and reduce the appearance of age related skin changes.

How do we use it?

Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that is present in all cells in the body and is vital for cell energy production. Our levels of CoQ10 decrease as we age past 20.

CoQ10 finds its way into our formulas that address sun damage, skin renewal and graceful ageing. The antioxidant properties assist the bodys natural defense against free radical damage. A little goes a long way with this one as it is effective from 0.3%.
