You could spend this time thinking about other good habits to introduce into your routine and life. Or you could just put on some PJ's and Netflix, and consider it 'reducing stress'.

It takes about 5-7 days from when you order for us to formulate, make, QC, then ship your order.

It will take the courier a few more days to deliver it to you from August HQ.

Your accurate answers and as much detail as possible when you place your order will be enough for our team to formulate something amazing for you.

If you have some specific questions, you're more than welcome to email in with some photos before or immediately after you order.

Please remember we make cosmeceutical products and some more serious skin conditions may require a dermatologist and prescription topical or oral medication.

It also helps us even more if you mention your previous order number in the Notes section on the new order.

This is where you can also mention tweaks you want based on your last order. We hold all formulations on file to refer back to them when you need.

We're offering a personalised moisturiser at the moment. You could think of it as 1000 moisturisers in one as we can tweak it based on whatever you need from daily light lotion to rich night cream.

- facial SPF spray/setting spray range

Of course! While we can't give you the complete formula, we can give you an idea of what actives may appear in it. We can also give you an indicative INCI ingredients list.

Absolutely! We've got a question specifically for this. You can also let us know if you have particular sensitivities to certain ingredients in the Notes section of the product questionnaire, or before you order.

It’s important to note - Sensitive skin can either be naturally sensitive, or 'sensitised' due to overuse of skincare/cosmetics items, or harsher products.

Prescription medication falls under Australia's TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) for regulation, approval, and dispensing. This means we're unable to formulate with these ingredients.

We formulate cosmeceutical products which are highly effective cosmetic products.

Please remember that because we work in the cosmeceutical realm, some more serious skin conditions may require a dermatologist, and prescription topical or oral medication.

We love derma's and believe they are well worth the money.

We believe it's hard for SPF to achieve the efficacy required when it is part of another product like a daily moisturiser.

This is mostly due to application habits for moisturisers vs pure sunscreens/skinscreens.

SPF products are rated for their efficacy at a particular concentration on the skin. This concentration is rarely achieved when applied in the quantities you would apply your daily moisturiser. SPF may also require re-application throughout the day, which is not usually the case for your daily facial moisturiser.

It's best to settle on a separate SPF that works with your daily habits like makeup use, sun exposure, or reapplication. This means you will be able to apply it in the quantity needed, at the reapplication times needed.

It usually takes the courier 2-6 business days to deliver to any Aussie capital city. Naturally, it'll be a little longer for shipping outside Australia.

Shipping is free for orders over $50, or a flat rate of $4.95 anywhere in Australia.
