How do we use it?

Water is one of the most important ingredients in an Oil in Water (O/W) emulsion (our creams and lotions). It forms the continuous phase of the emulsion and allows ingredients to be delivered to your skin so they can perform, as well as being a source for hydration.

To be honest, we're not entirely sure what else to say other than...

DRINK MORE WATER.

Seriously, it's the cheapest and best thing you can do for your skin.

Quit spending on skincare if you can't make it to at least 8 glasses daily (try 6 if you're really petite). Skincare won't make up for a lack of water. We'll take off our parent hat and stop scolding you now :).
