Where does it come from?

Tocopherol can be products synthetically or naturally from the distillation of some vegetable oils.

What is it?

Tocopherol is a form of Vitamin E. It mostly functions in formulas to provide protective antioxidant benefits to plant oils present in the formula - it helps them oxidise less over time. Tocopherol is also great for skin, as it provides the same antioxidative benefits.

How do we use it?

We use tocopherol in all of our formulas where plant oils are present... which is 99% of them! It's a great addition for the skin also as it provides antioxidant benefit to the skin too.
