Where does it come from?

Our Squalane is derived from plant based sources like olives.

What is it?

Squalane is a natural component of the sebum (oil) your skin generates. It provides great emolliency and some occlusive properties to help reduce transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

How do we use it?

We use squalane in almost all of our formulas except the ultra light ones. It adds great emolliency across all skin types and skin conditions. It helps create smooth, supple skin, without being overly heavy or greasy.
