Returns, Refunds, Reformulations
We're unable accept returns for change of mind as all products are formulated just for you (not to mention the hygiene or regulation issues).
However we can do things like:
- help you get the best out of your formulation
- offer advice on your routine to give our products and your other products the best chance of getting along
- offer a discount on another order
- reformulate your order
It takes the skin time to adjust to new products, and for results to show. If you haven't been using the product for at least 4 weeks, it'll probably be the first thing we advise.
If you're experiencing irritation, discontinue use and reach out to us for more info. We'll help you find out what your skin may or may not like in our product, or the others that you may be using.CONTACT US
Damaged, Defective, or NQR
It hasn't happened so far, but if you're the unlucky one, just reach out to us and we'll get it resolved for you ASAP.
We understand, it happens. Reach out to us immediately after you realise you need to cancel and we'll see where you order is.
If your order has already been processed or produced, we won't be able to cancel it.
If it's before that, we'll get on it real quick for you.
