Ingredients Cyanocobalamin

Vitamin B12

Function in our formulas:

Where does it come from?

Cyanocobalamin is produced through fermentation of selected microorganisms.

What is it?

Cyanocobalamin is a form of Vitamin B12 with a deep pink colour in its purest form. It's a relatively new skincare ingredient previously used by compounding pharmacists in therapeutic treatments for eczema and psoriasis.

How do we use it?

Vitamin B12 appears in some of formulas that seek to prevent dryness, itching, and redness, especially if you let us know that your particular skin is very dry, itchy, or inflamed.

These are typical symptoms commonly seen with eczema and psoriasis. Both eczema and psoriasis are skin conditions that require dermatological help and a therapeutic treatment plan. If you have been diagnosed with either of these conditions, we recommend looking to prescription treatments over cosmetics or cosmeceuticals like August.
