Olive Butter

INCI:

Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil and Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil

Function in our formulas:

Lipid/emollient

Where does it come from?

Olive Butter is derived from Olives, as you would expect! They are cold pressed for their oils and then processed into a butter.

What is it?

Olive Butter is used in much the same way Shea Butter is used, but it has all of the properties of Olive instead - rich in phytosterols, tocopherols, squalene and other natural hydrocarbons

How do we use it?

We use Olive Butter in some of our thicker creams to add body, emolliency, and all of the amazing properties that come from Olive oil. It's a super nourishing butter, and works wonders for drier skin types.
